All Chenny K products are designed and made in Australia.
2. What type of leather do you use?
We use Australian 100% genuine oil treated leather and high quality suede.
Each piece of leather, which is 3mm in thickness is handpicked and chosen for its natural appeal and individual colour.
3. What type of fabric do you use?
We source high quality fabrics in Australia with nice textile designs and textures.
4. How do you charge shipping?
We don't - it's free! (for now). So, no need to pay any handling or shipping.
You only pay for the products you purchase.
5. How long does it usually take for orders to arrive?
As each product is individually handmade, and depending on where you live, the ETA could be somewhere between 1 week to 3 weeks.
6. How do you manage your payment transactions?
We use
PayPal's Shopping Cart - Fast, Easy & Secure.
You can make
credit card and debit card payments without even having to sign up for a PayPal account, all to make shopping on
Chenny K easy for you.
7. What is your return policy?
If you happen to feel that it's absolutely appropriate, we can offer a refund, but only once we have received the purchased product(s) in their original condition and that it is sent back to us within 14 days of you receiving your purchase. Responsibiilty and payment of postage and handling of returned products are those of the customer.
